Terms and conditions governing orders, payments, shipping and the sale of spare parts through TOS Trenčín Parts.
1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the TOS Trenčín Parts online store, operated by STAP spol. s r.o., Slovakia.
TOS Trenčín Parts specializes in spare parts and components for TOS Trenčín machine tools. By placing an order through this website,
the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products and Compatibility
We make every reasonable effort to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, part numbers and compatibility information.
Customers are responsible for verifying that the selected part is suitable for their specific machine before placing an order.
Machine model, version, year of manufacture and configuration may affect compatibility. If you are unsure whether a part fits your machine, please contact us before ordering and provide the machine model, serial number, original part number and, where possible, photographs or drawings.
3. Prices and VAT
All product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the store exclude VAT. Applicable VAT and other taxes may be calculated according to the customer's location and applicable legislation.
Prices may be changed at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders can be placed through the TOS Trenčín Parts online store using the payment methods available during checkout.
An order is considered accepted once it has been confirmed by us and payment requirements have been fulfilled.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases including incorrect pricing, product unavailability, suspected fraud, technical errors or other circumstances preventing us from fulfilling the order.
If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been received, the customer will be contacted and the relevant payment will be refunded.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship TOS Trenčín spare parts to customers worldwide.
Shipping costs depend on the destination, package weight, dimensions and selected shipping service. Available shipping options and costs are shown during checkout where applicable.
Delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping service. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs procedures, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and other local charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Returns, Withdrawal and Claims
Consumers who are legally entitled to withdraw from a distance contract may do so within 14 days from the date on which they, or a person designated by them, receive the goods. The customer must notify STAP spol. s r.o. of the decision to withdraw by a clear statement sent to the contact email address stated in these Terms & Conditions.
The goods must be returned within 14 days after the withdrawal notice was submitted. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. The customer may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality and may be responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond this extent.
Where required by applicable law, STAP spol. s r.o. will refund the payments received from the customer, including the cost of standard delivery, within the applicable statutory period. The refund may be withheld until the returned goods are received or the customer provides evidence that they have been sent back.
The right of withdrawal does not apply where excluded by applicable law, including goods manufactured, modified or specially ordered according to the customer’s individual specifications.
Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal. Returns from business customers are accepted only with the prior written approval of STAP spol. s r.o. and under the conditions agreed for the particular return.
If goods are defective, damaged during transport, incorrectly supplied or do not correspond to the order, the customer should contact STAP spol. s r.o. without undue delay and provide the order details, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs. No notification period stated in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights of the customer.
Nothing in this section limits the customer’s mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Products must be installed, adjusted and used correctly and in accordance with the requirements of the relevant machine.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STAP spol. s r.o. is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect installation, improper use, unauthorized modification, incorrect machine operation or use of a part on an incompatible machine.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including photographs, product descriptions, graphics, logos and other original materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content owned by STAP spol. s r.o. may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior permission.
References to TOS Trenčín machine models, part numbers and other identifiers are used to identify product compatibility and application.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and purchases made through this online store are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, subject to any mandatory rights or protections applicable to the customer under relevant law.
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Slovak and European Union legislation.

11. Alternative Dispute Resolution
If a consumer is not satisfied with the way STAP spol. s r.o. has handled a complaint or request for remedy, the consumer has the right to contact us and request corrective action.
If STAP spol. s r.o. rejects the request or does not respond within 30 days, the consumer may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution to a competent alternative dispute resolution entity in accordance with applicable Slovak law.
The competent entity may be the Slovak Trade Inspection or another authorised entity registered by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic.
